Face to Face 

Face to Face counselling offers a safe space for you talk with me, a trained professional.

I aim to go at a pace comfortable for you, listening with empathy and non-judgmentally to help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviors towards improved mental health.

 

My work is outdoors Walk & Talk on local footpaths and also on zoom or over the phone. You are welcome to bring your own, well-behaved dogs with you for walk & talk sessions.
