The Aim of Counselling

Sometimes we all need a safe, non-judgmental place to talk, simply because we are human and life can be tough.  counselling aims to support  you to become happy and comfortable with who you are so that you can better cope with whatever comes your way.

For you...

When you can't see the wood for the trees, counselling can support you to unravel confused thinking and process difficult emotions at a pace that is comfortable for you.

The main aim of counselling or psychotherapy is to support you to find your way to a place of improved mental health.  Whether your anxieties have always been there, have been caused by recent trauma or you just feel under high levels of stress right now.
